Product Description

Mercapto benzimidazole or MBI is a chemical compound with the molecular formula C8H8N2S. It is a heterocyclic organic compound that contains a benzimidazole ring and a thiol (mercapto) group attached to it. It is commonly used as a corrosion inhibitor, particularly for copper and its alloys, as well as for other metals.
